The secondary demolition is performed by an excavator equipped with hydraulic shears for demolition and jaws for crushing. For the metal constructions the appropriate jaws for cutting metal are used.
Reinforced concrete plates are demolished by cutting lines alongside the main reinforcement. The iron is separated from the concrete, and the removed concrete is pulverized to an approximately uniform fraction, determined by the contractor. The metal is also cut into specific dimensions. Construction waste is separated (bricks and other are separated from concrete and iron), loaded on waste trucks and/or carriages and are transported.
